PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION
Application in the prescribed form for admission should reach the Principal within the prescribed time accompanied with the attested copies of the following documents.
A) The mark statement of the Qualifying Examination .
B) Transfer and Conduct Certificate.
C) Community Certificate.
D) Eligibility Certificate obtained from Director of Technical Education Government of Tamilnadu (in case of other state students only).
E) Migration Certificate (only for other state students).
F) Nativity Certificate.
ELIGIBILITY For FIRST YEAR
A candidate seeking admission for First year should have passed the S.S.L.C. Examination or matric or equivalent examinations conducted by the State Board of Tamilnadu, Chennai.
ELIGIBILITY FOR DIRECT SECOND YEAR (LATERAL ENTRY):
Student who have passed the H.Sc.(+2) Examination of Maths or vocational (Engg.) courses, I.T.I. (two years) or science(physics,chemistry,biology)are eligible to join Direct second year of the Diploma courses.
AGE LIMITS
No age limit has been prescribed by the Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai.
